Strong Connection Workshops are marital education workshops based on Hold Me Tight and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a scientifically proven method which is more than twice as effective as any other. Research over 25 years has shown 70 – 75% of couples who complete EFT recover from distress and very stressed couples were stable at a two year follow-up.
